Was over priced. Treats the patients and staff like servants. Always late or rescheduled. Not a good experience at all. Don't come here!!!!!

I recently resigned from my office manager position at Halifax Plantation Dental Spa after 15 years of dedication, loyalty and honesty. The environment was volatile. The doctor would throw temper tantrums quite often. She would yell, scream and berate employees and patients. I handled all of her personal, family and business affairs. She had taken away 3 of my 4 weeks paid vacation, cut my hours and stopped paying for my medical benefits along with other employees. After many discussions I had with my husband I decided to give my resignation along with a 2+ week notice. The doctor became very angry with me. The mental abuse was just horrible. The staff had to constantly reschedule patients appointments on a regular basis because the doctor would not come to work. I would not recommend this office to anyone. There is no reason on earth to be treated this way. She told the patients I retired. Not true. I resigned and found employment elsewhere, where I am treated with the respect I… deserve.

My name is Irina, I immigrated to USA from Russia in 1997. My mouth was full of cavities and I went through many dentists in FL, I graduated from dental assistant program in 2006 and did externships in many dental offices. I was hired by Dr. Frank Murray who owned practice at the time and Dr. Jennifer Fraser worked for him. Few months later dr. Fraser bought the practice and I worked for her, also received treatment from her- my lower molar crown. Dr. Fraser is very smart, efficient and always does her job 100%! Dr. Fraser doesn’t make mistakes. For those complaining about high prices- USA doesn’t have universal care but Russia does -people go ahead do it for free in Russia but remember and think about quality of treatment you will receive! Dr. Fraser is a perfectionist when it comes to her job as a dentist-she is without any doubt at all the BEST dentist I ever seen!!! Very responsible, very professional and amount of knowledge in dentistry Dr. Fraser has overshadow all the dentists.… My crown still there- no problem!!!

Overcharges you and if you have dental insurance she has charged them for work she never did. She charged me over $3000.00 for a failed root canal and pulling a tooth. She treats her employees like dirt right in front of her patients.

Very unprofessional, Has left me with four unfinished procedures because I questioned her billing. The procedures were all done by her but they still need attention and she refused to complete the work. No, I do not owe her money but she needs to stand behind her work. Terrible dentist, find a real professional. Used her for years but she demands higher service fees for every procedure. A dental bridge loosened they, recemented it temporarily and she charges me $157, with no work and she stated"You think you can waltz in here and get free services" No but, a temporary glue in until the problem was handled would be nice.

Not a nice person and charges more than agreed upon amount without explanation.
