Jennifer Gassner, MD

Dr. Gassner had great communication skills and listened closely and gave me time to ask questions. She said things like "great question" often, so that I felt like I had valid questions and concerns. I didn't feel rushed. One thing I wish were different Is that I wore a mask because I am immunocompromised. At other medical facilities, sometimes people ask if they would like me to have staff wear masks also, so that is a detail that fid not happen but would have been nice. Otherwise the staff was helpful and courteous. I also had to wait many months to get this appointment, and for some other providers that my primary doctor recommended, I could have waited nine months or more. That is a really long way for an important and necessary appointment.

Dr. Gassner is always pleasant with down to earth bedside manner. Also, the medical student was enthusiastic with good questions inwhich I was happy to be of assistance with explaining my issues.

My doctor and nurse was excellent it's the front desk that needs improvement for me.

Are you permanent or there for a little. Like hands on training and also close physical contact.

Everyone from the start (check-in desk) to MA, lab, MD etc took great care and was kind during my visit. I would highly recommend this clinic to others in need of medical care.
