Stuff is attentive, timely appointments, Dr. Geiger is knowledgeable caretaker, takes to explain her findings and any consequences

Saw another doctor who said what I had was a simple cyst. Dr Geiger, with a dismissive attitude said that this would take a costly and difficult procedure to remove.

I was told by Dr. Geiger and her staff that they will order my prescription after my appointment. However, this order was never placed when I went to pick it up at the pharmacy. When I requested their office to re-order, I was told that I will have to come in for an appointment again. I'm never coming back to this clinic because of this incompetence.

In order to make an appt with this doctor, one MUST give the office their credit card number. If you don't have a credit card, they suggest you give them your debit card number. If you don't have a debit card, she'll do you a FAVOR and see you one time! Also, office takes a break at 3PM. Was told they'll call back. 4 o'clock comes---> no call back. So, I called back and that's when I learned she won't see you without first putting a credit card on file. Geiger can't be that good, for the really good docs don't even take insurance. So many other dermatologists to choose from. Think twice, or even thrice, before booking an appointment, for she may not see you a second time unless you put down a security deposit!
