I like the fact that I feel at ease talking with her and telling her anything. She is very easy to talk with. She also will look something up or refer to someone if she does not know something.

Jennifer is very nice and I think she genuinely cares. Unfortunately, she seems to lack knowledge and confidence-- two things I think everyone wants in a doctor. I've found that she doesn't ask probing questions, doesn't have answers to most of my questions, and often just seems confused. Sorry! But that's been my experience.
