Dr. Jennifer Lynne Gerbasi

I went for a cleaning because it was close to my work. It wasn’t bad, so I scheduled an second cleaning. When the time came, it was canceled 3 times. Once because of office illness, once because of an emergency, and once because their computers were down. I went back for a second cleaning and The dental hygienist was so unprofessional. She talked badly about the other people who worked there previously and explained how she is the best. I had X-rays and they said I needed cavities. I scheduled an appt and when I went to it, saw a sign on the door that said “computers are down we are closed and we could not cancel because our computers are down”. I left work for this appointment. Luckily, it was 50 seconds away. I stuck around for convenience but it was not worth it!!! I am so thankful I did not get my fillings done there, I am questioning whether or not I even have cavities at all at this point.

She is the worst medical professional I have ever dealt with in 60 years.

Dr Gerbasi was rude and had a bad attitude. The crown she put on my tooth has fallen off several times. Dr Hubbard did several crowns for me and they are still on since the day he glued them on. I will not be back to this office. The old lady at the front is also rude and clueless. She was swearing (the F-word!) and talking about the patients right out in the open where EVERYONE could hear her!!

Dr. Gerbasi bonded a tooth for me. The bonding broke off within 3 days. dr. Hubbard was still working a few days a week and he fixed it and I haven’t had a problem since. The second time I saw her, she was going to replace an old filling. Once she looked at the tooth, she said she couldn’t do it because she thought she would crack the tooth and referred me to an Endo. At that point I switched dentists and my new dentist was able to replace the filling without any difficulty. I have no trust in her skills or ability.

We started going to her an every time I had to go see her she said the tooth was unfixable an had to be pulled. She could not pull it so I had to have someone else pull it. After the third tooth gone she was like have you thought about implants, well she didn't like what I had to say. I have never had any dentist that bad in my life. The ones in the army we're a lot better than her. Do not go to her, find someone else.

Dr. Gerbasi while very nice does not have the skill to run her own practice. I had zero confidence in her dentistry skills & left. I had a cracked tooth and she put the camera into the tooth & cracked it further. The pain was like nothing I had ever felt before. The second time, I was scheduled to have a filling replaced and when she looked at the tooth she told me she couldn’t do it and referred me to an endodontist. The final straw was when she bonded a tooth, and three days later it fell apart. Dr. Hubbard fixed the tooth, and I haven’t had a problem since. I wish Dr. Hubbard didn’t sell the practice to her. She has a long way to go to ever be close to his standards.

Everyone was rude, and the water tool they used was leaking very badly all over the place, and on me the whole time. I will never go back here.
