Dr. Jennifer Gigax, MD

Pompous; unprofessional; lacks integrity. Our son suffered from a bacterial infection for 7 months due to not being given the proper care by Dr. Gigax and the staff at Akron Children’s New Philadelphia. Their lack of following proper protocol forced us to go to another institution to seek the proper treatment. Our son suffered and screamed every single night without Dr. Gigax or the staff ever following up to see if he had improved. Furthermore, the staff was so unprofessional that they shared information about our son at a public establishment without our consent. If you are looking for a physician's office that is empathetic and actually follows proper protocol, this is not the place for you.

Dr. Gigax, has more patience than anyone that I know. She always listens and never makes you feel rushed. All 3 of my children have seen Dr. Gigax.

Dr. Gigax has been a fantastic peditrician for both of my sons. She has walked us through several issues that we needed help with, and she has been a blessing for my family.

Dr. Gigax is a wonderful pediatrician and I'm grateful to have her as my children's doctor. They are very comfortable with her, as am I. I have the utmost respect for her as well as confidence in her ability to care for my children. She does not rush through the visit, she's very thorough, and never "talks down" to me. I feel she truly cares for her patients. I would recommend her to anyone.
