Dr. Jennifer Ann Graham, MD

I saw this doctor one time only. She barely introduced herself and seemed to have a very arrogant demeanor. I ignored but When I described my condition which didn't include pain - just a triggering finger, she immediately said what I needed was a cortisone injection and it would fix the problem. When I asked questions about my condition or other options, she dismissed my questions as she brought out the medication and told me this was ALL she could do for the problem but it would not only help but fix it for good. She told me the injection would be painful and I explained I understood as I'd had cortizone injections in other areas of my body so I understood. However, she proceeded to give me (instead of 2 injections as I was use to - one lidocane for numbing, then the 2nd with the cortizone) she proceeded to give me one injection with both medicines together at the same time. Most painful shot I've ever experienced in my life and I've had many surgeries and other injections. … Never like this nor a doctor who was so dismissive. There was NO numbing until I left her office and by the time I got to my car, then the area injected finally became numb - AFTER the injection (not before). Once the injection was over I asked about follow up and she told me - IF I followed up on every patient that received these injections, that's all I would do all day. Then she sent me home with no other information about my condition. Now a year later I'm looking for a new specialist because the problem not only didn't go away but now I have pain that I didn't have before. Don't go see her!

Dr Graham repaired a torn ligament in my thumb. Haven’t had any problems since. Don’t even see the scar. She did a great job!

The first time I met Dr. Graham, she mumbled her name and told me to see her in one week. She said that surgery is a worse option due to scar tissue. There was no explanation of my prognosis nor care of my condition. The next week when I tried to ask two questions, I was treated with impatience and rudeness. This woman needs lessons on manners!
