Disappointed that one administrative staff member in the reception area was not wearing her mask properly— covering her nose and mouth. This was the second visit I had during the pandemic where this was the case.

Dr Grant is caring, pleasant and always nice to she her. Couldn’t ask for a better Doctor.

Dr Grant has been my gyn for years. I love her and have the utmost confidence in her. Dr Grants professionalism along with her genuine care and concern has been a constant. Always taking the time to explain, talk and questioning that matters. Never feeling rushed and busy punching into the computer like most doctors these days. I would and have recommended her to many.

She is very professional, yet very thoughtful and caring. Dr. Grant will make you feel so comfortable to talk to her about anything

Dr grant is a wonderful doctor I have seen her a few times I always feel confident in her diagnosis and I feel comfortable with her. However today I had an experience with the office that was not professional to me. I went to see dr grant at the hartford office and she was on call. I understand that the doctors may be on call etc. However if you have an appointment and take the time off from work, drive to the office, pay for parking, and wait to see the dr that if they are called out you should be seen by another dr. You should not have to reschedule your appointment after taking time off from work and spending money and time. Especially if you are experiencing something of a serious matter. Then actually sit and wait hours and offer to drive to another office to be seen because they are not sure if they can even see you that day or if you will need to wait for hours. If the dr you are scheduled to see is on call I feel another dr should see you The staff ahould then put you in… between other patients not make you wait for hours. I feel it is unprofessional Then you are treated as if you are a problem when in fact you were the one put in a bad predicament. I really like the staff but I may need to find a new dr's because of this "on call" issue. I feel like I was extremely patent but was not treated with respect by the staff

I saw dr grant only two times and between her and the staff which are horrible I am going to leave this office. Dr did not help me with even something simple such as a different birth control pills. Dr suggest seem someone else for birth control pills you are a obgyn that is her specialty. Would not recommend. Also staff is by far the most horrible and I have been to many drs offices. Since I am handicapped.

I have had many GYN procedures in the past and I have to say that Dr. Grant has excellent technique and caused me far less pain that I had experienced in the past. She is kind and thoughtful and very thorough without being alarming.
