Dr. Jennifer Kay Hall, MD

Dr. Hall had her nurses perform a painful and traumatizing procedure on my child without fully getting our informed consent and with zero explanation to my child. We also learned later from the nurse at our new pediatrician's office that there were painless alternatives to this procedure. We learned that numbing agent could have been used and was not, or even mentioned as an option. The whole experience felt rushed and unethical. My husband, myself, and my child are truly traumatized. We feel completely betrayed and misled. We trusted her with the care and best interest of our child and were failed miserably. I definitely would not use this doctor.

Dr. Hall is an excellent pediatrician. She cares about her patients, takes the time to get to know the child and family, and has always taken great care of my children.

Similar to another review I took my son to Dr. Hall and she examined him and she said he just had a virus and sent us home. The next day his ear drum ruptured. I took my daughter to her for a serious issue and she blew me off. No follow up care and no concern for what could be a very serious issue. I would NEVER recommend going to her.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Hall for a possible ear infection. She checked her over and said her ears looked fine. Later that afternoon my daughter started complaining about how badly one of her ears hurt. I called and spoke with Dr. Hall's nurse, who then spoke with Dr. Hall about it. Dr. Hall said she had just examined her a few a hours before and that there was no way an ear infection had developed that quickly. The next morning she started having drainage from that ear - her ear drum had burst from an ear infection. Now we're looking at possible surgery to repair the ear drum. Should have trusted my instincts instead of listening to Dr. Hall. Will never take my children to see Dr. Hall again.
