Dr. Jennifer Claire Heath, MD

The staff is extremely rude. I walked in and the glass sliding door was shut, so I waited a few minutes while hearing people talk on the other. Finally, thinking they may not even know I was there, I knocked on the door. The old lady who answered proceeded to tell me off on how she was on the phone and to not knock on the door again. I came here to be helped, and I was met with hostility.

The office staff here is incompetent. It took 6 months to get my first appointment despite them being open to new patients...and that was only the beginning. Over the course of being a patient, the staff sent my rx to the wrong pharmacy 3 times and once it took two weeks to get an rx despite me calling 10+ times. It’s dangerous to use this Dr. I have been denied help multiple times due to their incompetence or negligence. They don’t seem to care what happens to their clientele. Despite 8-10 separate incidents of delaying a needed rx or sending it to the wrong place, I have never received an apology, only anger. If you can, you should find somewhere else to get help.

Absolutely the worst office staff of any doctor's office. Impossible to reach, don't return calls, and worst of all don't bother to actually call in prescriptions when they say they will. And Dr. Heath herself isn't much better.

This office is money-hungry.. be careful. Plus, horribly rude office staff. Definitely not the sort of thing you should have to deal with at your psychiatrists office!

Staff stinks!

I really respect & like Dr. Heath, however too many horrible office experiences as well as phone calls with staff - one staff especially - has turned me away. There are never more than 2 staff members, if that, in office at a time. So if she's in a mood - you cant deal w/anyone else.. When you cant even get past one person - to even leave a message - that's pretty dangerous for a Dr's office.

A couple months ago I had to stop seeing Jennifer Heath because my mom passed away and I could no longer afford her, I just tried to schedule an appointment to see her again and she refused to see me and didn't even give me a reason why. She's heartless. She could care less about you. Also her staff are quite rude as well.

Rude black female working at the receptionist office. Could not read or understand any of Dr. Heath's medical notes. Tried to ask for clarification. Black female was rude, impatient, not understanding and shook her head at me. Very unprofessional. She lacked any empathy. Don't work in customer service at a doctor's office if you are going to be mean and rude to a patient. Dr. Heath's notes were not legible at all. Her handwriting is so bad you can't even make out some of the letters or words.

She not only knows meds, but also knows a lot about the psychology side. In my initial interview, I almost laughed as she asked all of the right questions. I had not experienced a psychiatrist who knew the longterm effects of my major trauma, and was up to date on the latest research and developments in the psychological literature.
