Dr. Jennifer Marie Heinemann, MD

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a medical professional yet. I waited an hour before seeing Dr. Heinemann and when she came into the room she brought it two other people and told me “Today, I have an entourage, I hope that’s okay” she said this as she sat down and I was like um I guess so. I wasn’t crazy about having additional people in the room but didn’t know how to tell her I did mind...I suppose that was my fault. Now being a new patient I was prepared to talk about my previous health history as well as my family history both of which I have some things to note for my file. Okay so get this, we chatted, I’m walking her through some stuff but the entire time she’s talking over me and not actually listening to me. Then she got up told me to change and she’ll be back to do my Annual. So mind you, we didn’t discuss pretty much anything. I vaguely was able to get my medical history in. She asked me nothing of my family history which I though was strange and none of the… paperwork I previously filled out had anything asking me about it. I changed and she came back in. At this point I really should have just walked out, I should have trusted my gut that I was just not impressed with this woman. Anyhow she came with her two people and did my annual, mind you the most weirdest thing was that I literally had the three ladies staring down there and made me feel SO uncomfortable. Once done I got up and she got up and was like okay so no questions as she made the motions to leave the room and I answered back, “yes, actually I do have questions” she paused looked at me almost bothered that I was tripping up her exit and I started asking her questions all of which she answered very short and with not very much details. I was so bothered at this point with the experience and just frustrated with her that I kind of cried a bit (totally couldn’t hold this in, when I get frustrated to this point it just happens) she didn’t even do anything to console me or anything. Which to me was a bit strange. She was not at all personable or warm. I can definitely say I will never return back! What a waste of time and insurance money.

Dr. Heinemann has been really caring and she took her time with me with my issues.

Dr. Heinemann is the best of the best! She has awesome beside manner and takes her time with your questions and concerns!

Was made to wait in the exam room while she discussed dresses for her daughter over the phone for 15 minutes. Then was rushed through the appointment. At the next appointment, she acted as if it was an inconvenience that I was there even though it was a follow-up appointment that SHE requested that I make. She barely looked at me the entire time, had her back turned and was fumbling with papers. Totally dismissed me and my concerns, and all but rolled her eyes. She also failed to inform me of a condition that I later discovered once I received a copy of my medical records. Also, the medical office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional both on the phone and in person. They act as if you are bothering them any time you either call or stop at the desk. Professional courtesy is completely non-existent in that office. Needless to say, due to the incompetent care by the doctor and the poor attitudes of the staff, I have since found another doctor.

Relly Nice lady and gives you the oppotunity to ask questions & always has the answer to the questions. Wait was a little long but other than that the staff was very nice.

Staff in general had very poor customer service and bedside manner. An elderly woman received no assistance (which she obviously needed) and was expected to move across the lobby by herself. Patient on crutches was expected to stand and wait at front desk for close to 15 min when receptionist could have taken documents/ID and returned them to patient when she was done with them. Backroom receptionist/medical assistant was incredibly argumentative with me. She appeared to not care the slightest about my medical records or any of my questions regarding my visit. Instead of answering a simple question most people would expect in an appointment, she told me I should just book another appointment and pay again. Incredibly rude... I was actually shocked at the behavior I had to deal with. Would prefer to not return, but not sure how it would be covered by insurance.
