Dr. Jennifer Susan Zipfel, DDS

I was a patient of Dr. Jennifer Zipfel Helgeson and had a horrific experience that was the worst I'd ever had in my 50 years on Earth. This is real. I had suffered a chipped tooth, was in enormous pain, and had to see a dentist right away due to the severity of the pain. Dr. Zipfel was the closest one. As soon as I entered the office, I was given a credit card application, saw her selling her home-made earrings in the waiting area and books about Scientology. Now, it's her right to believe whatever she wishes and I have no issue with that, but to force it upon others when they are vulnerable and in need of dental care seems very sketchy to me. Then on top of that to also sell your own earrings, was something I'd never seen any other dentist do. If money is that tight, something's not right. When I went into see "the Doctor" she was extremely abrupt, criticized me, tried to get me to sign up for very expensive ongoing repeated visits for massive amounts of work and when I said I… simply could not afford to do so and was working as much as I could and just wasn't rich, she became very rude telling me she didn't want a patient who wouldn't pay for more care that she thought was needed. Dr. Jennifer Zipfel Helgeson was by far a nightmare experience and I'd sooner chew broken glass before I'd take a trip into her crazed office environment a second time. And the dental work she did was also very poor quality and has caused me repeated pain years afterward. Lots to be proud of there, doc.
