As far as I am concerned....unlike many of my specialty doctors...Dr.Hansen really listens to what you are saying and takes immediate action on it.

One of the best Dr. I have ever had. She even called me on a Friday afternoon to be sure I was going to be ok for the weekend! Now, what Dr. does that anymore!

I was a patient of Dr. Henson while she practiced in Westlake Ohio. Dr. Henson is a very compassionate Dr. Her knowledge is exceptional, I miss her and wish she would return to my area again. She is the best Dr I've ever had. She took care of me, my mother, and my children. Congratulations Dr. Henson on your success!!! Westlake Ohio misses you.

Front desk office staff and some phone personnel need improvement. Can be very rude. Phone wait time is obnoxious. Welcome letter to patient portal is always an issue..Although through all this Dr . Henson is great. Very long wait for lab draws

I am a new patient. Dr. Henson and her staff are great but getting threw to the office to speak to an actual person is a hair raising event. Expect at least an 8" wait.

She is always willing to go out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Her service is excellent. She is always a pleasure to around and knows how to explain the situtation in terms you can understand. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Henson and her staff are exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt like they really cared about the care I received. I would recommend this entire practice to anyone (or any family)that is looking for FANTASTIC MEDICAL CARE!

Dr Henson takes care of both of my children and she is the best. She is very compassionate and a great dr. I would highly recommend her.
