I have had multiple medical issues. Went in for sever pain in.my hip. The er was very busy. She did not identify herself as a doctor. When told narco wasn't working her additude changed and asked what pain management programs I was on.. I said none. She said she would get me something for the pain and left. I said I was afraid of an infection as my white count was raised 4 days ago We. No blood work order just a CT no contrast. Wheeled back still no meds left on a hard chair in excruciating pain. When the doctor came back 4 hours later and said it was a muscle issue and I would be released she then asked if pain meds were working. I told her I didn't get any. When my husband came in and said I had had enough please just discharge he was told I now had to sit another 30 mins. She then came over and argued how well she took care of me when I didn't even get a nurse. All and all worst experience ever. Very rude and condensending. She maybe a doctor but I am a tough woman that deserves… attention and treated with kindness. I will never go to that er again if she is on duty.

Went to the emergency room because I had a UTI that had clearly become a kidney infection. She rolled her eyes at me while I was telling her my symptoms and didn't seem to believe that I had a kidney infection. She told me I had chlamydia and wanted to send me home with Norcos before they even ran tests. Sent me home with no antibiotics. 2 days later I went to another doctor and found out I had kidney stones and a kidney infection. It was so bad I had to stay there for the day and night. I have never felt so disregarded in my life. I thought she was going to let me die and I almost did
