Jennifer Hill, MD

Dr. Hill has been my OB for a few years and recently got me through a high risk pregnancy. Her office made time for me any time I had concerns during my pregnancy, and she was super communicative during my CSection which was comforting. She stays up to date on new research and is constantly citing the latest studies when I have questions for her. She works with me to make decisions that work best for me. She is straightforward, and I appreciate that when it comes to my health.

My obgyn of the past 11 years moved to Family Practice so I was referred to Dr Hill by her, and fully trusted that referral. My appointment was a month ago, but I am still horrified by how badly the appointment went. Dr Hill did not listen to my concerns or questions, she basically flat out told me that I was too overweight to get pregnant and that even "losing 10-15 pounds would really increase my chances." I am not a skinny woman, but I am not obese in any respect. I am "average" in society's standards. I was mortified by how she spoke to me. I experienced a miscarriage last year which she told me "doesn't really count since it was an early miscarriage" Again, mortified by how she spoke to me and completely ignored my concerns. Apparently losing weight is the only option I have in regard to fertility. I would STAY FAR AWAY FROM DR. HILL! I have also updated my previous doctor to let her know about this experience, and hopefully change her attitude on referring patients.

Dr. Hill is very compassionate and eager to answer any questions.
