Office does not answer calls, difficult to get an appointment.

Won't let you see specialists. Does not warn you about future complications of issues you have. I have never seen anything like this before.

Normally I write good reviews, however in this situation it is not an option. My husband went to this doctor with inflammation issues. He was told his only option was to take a $2000 a month medication that would help with inflammation but would also cause him to go to the emergency room if he had any issue, even a cold. There were no alternative options given. Diet change, other medications, etc. We then realized there was a follow up appointment scheduled, created by the doctors office and then sending us a notification, he and I both called to cancel it the day before, however it was not within the 24 hour window, three hours shy, so they billed us. We had never done this before and there was no warning/courtesy. That was the grand finale to put me over the edge to submit this review. I just hope you are aware of this when considering this doctor and also research a second opinion for your own health sake.

I was a patient of Dr Coopers for 10+ years, I have seen her once a year, for a check up since I am in good health. Since I haven't seen her in 2 years, she was unavailable when I needed an appointment, which was an emergency, so I saw one of her co-doctors, now she considers me a new patient and the office said she is not accepting new patients. Although this site said she is accepting new patients. No weekend appointments and she leaves by 3 p.m. After waiting in the main room, they put you in an exam room where you will wait.

I've been seeing Dr. Cooper for about 5 years. Since she specializes in internal medicine, she handles all my needs. She has a great bedside manner and I feel she actually listens when I talk. I don't feel comfortable seeing anyone else but her.
