Dr. Jennifer Ling Hsieh, DO

Not going to lie, i can't say too many positive things about my experience with her. At the beginning I felt confident to have her as my doctor. .I remember at one point I asked her to recommend vitamins to help better treat my hyperthyroidism and her response was that there were none!. I asked about alternative treatments and was brushed off and ignored. I felt no connection or intimacy with her like I have experienced with other Dr's. Its true, her staff is very rude! Finding another Dr was the next step for me.

Dr. Hsieh was the best Endo I have ever had. I have had two since, but she is top notch. I have not felt the same since she left my medical group. I just may be calling to become a cash customer.

After waiting months to get an appointment, I was hurriedly seen but never got the feeling of genuine concern for my symptoms from this Doctor. My questions seemed to be brushed off as if I had no right to ask. No follow up regarding instances of changed medication. No interaction with my other doctors .Sometimes the best thing a doc can do is listen. Her appointment calendar seems too full to afford her patients that luxury. Looking for a new endocrinologist-stat!

I have type 2 diabetes and Dr. Hsieh has provided me with the treatment to give me a better life. Thank you and her staff is great also.

I went to Dr. Hsieh several years for a thyroid issue. At first she was helpful, but later on down the road she stopped listening to me. Her staff was rude and I couldn't get any information unless I made an appointment and paid a deductable. My current endo allows me to call with questions and always provides me with my test results.

After many years of out of control diabetes, and goiong to doctors that are not up with the times of new breaking medicine. Dr. Hsieh has been a God send. she turned my diabetes a 360 degree withing 2 months! Wonderful Dr. and her P.A. Ellie is just as great. As far as the front office staff, Germeny is delightful. Jennifer howevere could use an attitude uplift.

Extremely rude, doesn't like you to ask questions, makes assumptions without reviewing full medical history. Leaves room before you are finished asking questions and doesn't come back in. Terrible "bedside manner," completely uncaring & cold. Talks down to you, makes you feel as though your questions are "stupid." Would not recommend this doctor to anyone wanting personalized care and a good doctor/patient relationship.
