My family member's visit was terrible!! She tried to act as if she were the doctor and didn't know a thing about what she was doing. Didn't even remember falsely documenting charts. Stay far away from this one.

Nurse Hubbard, along with another staff member, falsely stated that our family refused empirical treatment for autoimmune encephalitis (AIE) in favor of a psychiatric diagnosis. This was untrue and directly contradicted our documented advocacy for immunotherapy. Most concerning, Nurse Hubbard attempted to deny my child access to the hospital for treatment, then denied authoring the note until she was informed that we had already obtained a copy from the medical chart. Only then did she become completely quiet. Accurate documentation and ethical conduct are critical in serious neuro-immune conditions. What occurred here represents deeply troubling and unacceptable practices that placed my child at risk.
