Dr. Jennifer Leigh Hunt, MD

Jennifer L. Hunt, MD, is the Section Head for Surgical Pathology in the Department of Anatomic Pathology at Cleveland Clinic and is also an Associate Professor of Pathology in the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. She obtained her medical training at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School in Philadelphia and continued there with a residency in anatomic pathology and a fellowship in Molecular Pathology. Dr. Hunt's research interests are focused on the applications of molecular pathology to solid tumor analysis. She is particularly interested the molecular changes of early tumorigenesis and dysplasias, tumor progression and de-differentiation, and novel molecular applications to tissues to improve diagnostic and prognostic evaluations. Dr. Hunt's surgical pathology sub-specialty expertise is in head and neck and endocrine pathology.
