Dr. Jennifer Shizue Ito, MD

she's been my doctor for about 10 years but i'm going to have to find another, i've noticed in the last couple of years she doesn't follow through and especially in these challenging times, she ignores or doesn't answer emails for days or weeks, promises something then doesn't follow through .. it's worn down any trust i had with her and she directly avoids answering or emailing anything.. i had noticed this before but especially now she is not working daily but she is now just being unprofessional in a time when you need trust and loyalty

I and several family members have been seeing Dr. Ito for well over 15 years. She has been simply the best physician any of us have experienced. She is talented, thoughtful, respectful and entirely mindful of the individual needs of each of her patients.

She is a quack

Been a patient of Dr. Ito's for over a decade. Her high level of care, & attention to detail is absolute! I believe in her so fully, I trust her with treating my family. It is rare to find a doctor who has a vested interest in every patient she sees. Excellent!

In my 52 years of life thus far, she is the best doctor I have ever had and I would recommend her to anyone. She cares and explains everything thoroughly. I am blessed that she is my doctor and I just wish I was referred to her earlier.

Dr. Jennifer Ito is absolutely wonderful! She has all the qualities you want in a Doctor. She's attentive, actively listens to what you are saying, understands your concerns and does something about it, is very reassuring, genuine, intelligent, and spends time with you so that you leave feeling comfortable, cared for, and satisfied with the care you've gotten. I highly recommend her!!

caring, supportive physician

Dr. Ito is fantastic! She goes out of her way to spend time with each patient and made me feel like I was her only patient that day. She is not only super cool and nice but I trust her and found her follow up emails/phone calls to be timely and informative.

Great listener and has a genuine concern for patients

Very easy to talk to. Sits and listen to the patients issues. Follow up with the patient if needed. Always walks with the room greeting the patient with a warm smile. :)
