Dr. Jennifer Jackson Roberson, DDS

Dr. Jennifer Roberson is originally from Marietta, Georgia and received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Agriculture from The University of Georgia in 1996. Dr. Jenn attended dental school at The Medical College of Georgia's School of Dentistry in Augusta, Ga. and received her DMD degree in 2000. After dental school, Drs. Jenn and Brad joined the family at Ingleside Dental Associates. Dr. Jenn enjoys pediatric dentistry and therefore treats many of the children in the practice. One of the most common and troubling issues Dr. Jenn sees in the practice is tooth decay in young children. Sleeping with bottles or sippy cups causes early tooth decay, which can lead to future problems with permanent teeth. "Many people think they don't need to bring in their four year old," explains Dr. Jenn. "But the ADA (American Dental Association) recommends the first dental visit to occur within six months after the first tooth erupts, but no later than the first birthday. The priceless rewards of …working with children have encouraged Dr. Jenn to volunteer her time at local preschools and Boys and Girls Clubs to increase dental awareness and promote the importance of good oral hygiene. Dr. Jenn is also very active in the dental profession. She is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Georgia Dental Association (GDA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and both the Central District and Bibb County Dental Societies. In addition, she is also an active member in the Junior League of Macon. Drs. Jenn and Brad recently celebrated their 14 yr. wedding anniversary. They have two beautiful little boys: Ethan, who is 6 yrs. old and Barrett, who is 1 yr. old. In addition, Dr. Jenn is passionate about animals, loves music, and enjoys photography. When Drs. Jenn and Brad are away from the practice, they enjoy traveling, relaxing by the pool, and spending time with family and friends.
