I had my first appointment to establish care, to which the provider came in and blatantly said, "We don't have enough time for you today." I had brought all my medical documentation and discs with imaging trying to expedite things and save time. Provider then proceeds to hold onto the documentation after having her office scan it into their system, telling me to pick it up at my next appointment. When it came time for the actual second appointment the provider is nowhere to be seen and it is the first appointment of the day. The only excuse the office staff and manager had to provide was that the provider is "busy". She makes herself so busy that she has to choose which patient to neglect on any given day. This doctor has no time and any review saying she gives her patients the time, care and courtesy that they deserve is a utter fallacy, HOWEVER, the reason this is two stars and not one is the fact that she was able to arrange a next day appointment with a cardiologist for my husband… after his heart attack. Aside from that she cannot keep her commitments.
