I was super impressed with her at first. Then the night before surgery my surgery was canceled. When I say the night before I mean a voicemail after hours. So I couldn’t even call back to find out why or what was going on. They claimed it was due to meds I was taking. My meds had not changed since I had seen her prior to this surgery. In all the paperwork provided there was no instructions about stopping any of my proscribed meds. I even spoke to a nurse previously in the day and they said I was all set. How can they justify canceling a surgery the night before after someone makes accommodations, takes time off, other people take time off and then just leave a voicemail after hours!!! If they can not pay close enough attention to my chart ahead of time to tell me that there is a medication that I need to stop prior to surgery I sure as heck don’t want them doing surgery on me!!!
