Dr. Jennifer Lynn Klock, DO

I have been a patient of Dr. Klock's for many years. Two or three years ago, Dr. Klock moved her physical location so that she had a separate practice and could control how phones were answered and how office visits were handled. Prior to this, Dr. Klock was in a practice with several other doctors and it was always chaos. I am so happy with the move. Now when I call, an actual person answers or, if they are not available, I get a call back very quickly. Dr. Klock herself is extremely compassionate and caring, she takes the time necessary to listen and diagnose properly. Dr. Klock's staff is always very friendly and compassionate as well. I once called with an excrutiating migrane that was causing me to vomit, Dr. Klock's staff had me come over immediately and took me right in, giving me needed injections for the nausea and pain. I am very happy to have Dr. Klock as my primary physician. She spends enough time with me to understand how what is going on in my life affects my medical condition; and to determine the proper course of treatment. She and her staff are always kind and considerate, which can be very difficult to find recently. Thank you for this opportunity to speak.

Trying to get an actual appointment with this docter your expecting at least a week. I broke my arm and they told me they couldn't seem until next week. She is a always gone to who know where. I need a shot that requires me to have it exactly every three months. When I called th pharmacy to have it filled they need permission from my docter. I have called the office millions of times in the last week and still have not gotten an answer. This shot is kinda a big deal if I miss. I'm sick of not having a dr that actually has staff that answers the phone.

We had a very hard time ever getting in to see Dr. Klock. When my infant was vomiting profusely and running a fever, I was told I would have to wait 10 days for an appointment. We ended up at the ER. When I had constant intense pain that ended up being a gallbladder that needed to come out, she told me it was an ovarian cyst, to take motrin, and it would go away. Two weeks later when nothing had improved and I called to see her again I was told "I don't know what to tell you." and was hung up on. If you can manage to get an appointment, and it isn't the first of the day or after lunch, expect to wait quite awhile. Not just in the waiting room (usually until bout 20 minutes after your appointment time), but in the room as well (we averaged 40 minutes in the room, an hour total). If it is the first of the day, she will be late, usually about 15 minutes. Watch out for excessive vacations, and days off to deal with sick kids. This would be easier to deal with if she was in the office more… than 3 days a week, but she isn't. We had 2 appointments in a row cancelled because she was out with sick kids. Three weeks apart. I know kids get sick, but it just got ridiculous.

Every time I've been to see Dr. Klock (and I drive 40 mins to see her), she has been compassionate with my care. Listens to everything I'm saying, and responds with "so you feel . . ." not just "OK, oh, Yes, No . . ". She really takes the time to CARE for her patients which most others now a days do not. I feel well cared for by Dr. Klock!

Dr. Klock puts her patients FIRST! Very understand and listens with a keen sense of trying to determine how best to help! I actually travel 30 miles to visit Dr. Klock!

Dr. Klock is a overall wonderful Doctor. Professional yet caring.I highly recommend Dr. KlockThe bad part is the Office staff. Extremely hard to get an appointment made they never answer the phone and do not return calls when you leave a message.

Dr. Klock should not be practicing medicine.Staff is very unprofessional.Vulgar,unprofessional,EI Pull my finger jokes with each other.Taking new patients yet can't get exsisting patients in and will tell you to go to ER if its that bad.Dr. Klock is vacationing a lot and does not seem to have a handle on diagnosing or prescribing.I am amazed a seasoned DR like Dr. Walter would have someone like her in his practice.

This Dr takes too many vacations and expects her patients to wait until she comes back for any medical problems. She took a 2 week vacation and then took a 4 week vacation a few weeks later. When I had a problem that lasted for over a week, I went to one of the other Dr's covering for her in her absence. I made an appointment to see her when she was scheduled to return, but she sent me a letter indcating she no longer wished to be my Dr because I had gone to another Dr in her absence. She stated that my problem was not serious enough to require my visit to another Dr even though she was to be gone for another 2 weeks. When I found another physician, the cause of my symptoms were found and it was serious enough to require surgery. I DO NOT recommend this Dr. to ANYONE! BEWARE!
