Dr. Jennifer Nell Klopfstein, MD

I had to call her every day for over a week with no response and once she finally returned my call she said she had been on vacation but I had already been told she was in office on days I called she will not listen to my concerns and continues to give me seizure epilepsy drugs and I have never had seizures or epilepsy,those medications had numerous side effects and I told her for that reason I would not take those meds but she continued to prescribe “things in the same family “ I recently had a knee replacement as well as chronic back pain so obviously my pain in not in my head but she doesn’t care my urine is clean and I’ve never had a history of drug or alcohol abuse so I really take this as being something personal, I definitely would NOT recommend this Dr.

Ive never met a colder, less empathetic Dr. The fact shes in pain management is truly baffling. She will do as little possible, disregard your concerns & leave you in intense pain. Her focus is on insurance & minimal effort.

Great care comes from listening to your patient, monitoring their health and behavior, and running tests. Most doctors typically only run some tests and hear less than 10% of what the patient has to say. Dr Klopfstein listens to everything. She is truly a wonder.

Dr. Klopfstein has a horrible bed side manner, lacks emotion, not friendly, rude and not someone I would want to provide care for me or anyone else I know.

Dr Klopfstein has been the best.I have been herpatient Since. She has always been my Dr I believe since 2015. Just happy I have her.

I have been waiting 3 days for her to return any of my calls Guess she doesn't CARE about her patients.

I love Dr. Klopstein, she's caring, listens and gives you enough time during your appt. to feel like she's caring about your problem.
