I wish you would have warned me that my lung could colapse. My disabled amuptee dad went out of his way to make me cry and make me homeless. Thanks to you not showing me my xray I wasnt able to defend myself from being rigged by an amputee. I want to go home and I dont ever get to thanks to trying to rely on someone who graduated to tell me what is going on with my problems

She was unable to explain broken ribs and rib flare. Now I have issues related to people taking advantage of me with broken ribs, I now have issues with my left lung. My 15% disabled narcissist of a dad could not understand because you kept me in the dark about my own body so all I was able to do was make sounds and not breath enough to cry. Dr. Jennifer Lynn Kolodchak who let you graduate IDK, but you enabled my parents; you didnt educate me on my broken ribs. There was nobody to explain what happened to me and why my ribs were poking out. Now they just use the vacuum issue with my breathing to manipulate me.

First visit with this doctor as she joined practice we go to. Will not see her again. Have bacterial upper respiratory infection. Her answer, huge doses of steroids. Generally steroids may be prescribed but always in conjunction with an antibiotic. Being diabetic, this is simply reckless and dangerous. Fortunately another doctor elsewhere corrected her errors. I do not recommend her.

How this woman got through medical school is the mystery of the century. It had to have been more about social status than saving lives. That's the only way it makes sense. I came to the Mercy ER for the last time(unluckily getting her) after going rounds with this hospital for weeks. For two years, I'd been suffering with a mysterious illness that had changed my life dramatically since it began. I'd always been incredibly healthy, resilient, and highly intuitive towards my health. I was among the physically elite soldiers of the US Army and went on to be a surrogate mother to three babies and mother to two of my own. I'm rather fulfilled in my life and quite active, nonetheless. It all started about two years ago that I began having these episodes of complete misery. It started with several days to two week long periods where I'd need my mom or husband to take over the responsibilities as I couldn't function outside of my bed. It was everything, From indirect symptoms of vomiting and… migraines to an inability to to stand without getting red hot and sweaty or nearly blacking out from my heart rate dropping every time I stood up. My arms would go numb( NOT TIRED...NUMB) while in the middle of brushing mine or my daughters hair. I couldn't reach for things in our cabinets. I couldn't walk up five stairs without being out of breath and bending over to pick up laundry, I'd shake as if collapsing from a triathlon. My body was shutting down. When I came to Mercy for the last time, it was a last resort before committing to a trip several hours from home during the school year, with small children. I had the misfortune of "doctor" Kolodchak, Jennifer. Three weeks prior, I had been diagnosed with a very rare and VERY fatal heart defect, admitted, and spent almost a week to had a new doctor who had NO recollection of what had gone on previously in the ER and my with diagnosis, which he'd never heard of, btw, so he sent me home. When I came to "Dr," Kolodchak, I was desperate for answers. I explained what happened and that my symptoms only flair when I exert energy. She told the nurse to walk me around the bay twice(Like 20 steps) which I told wouldn't work as I'm young and fit...20 steps won't exert me. She ordered an MRI and some blood work. I'm not sure what took her 5 hours to do, but 5 hours later, she comes into my room before the MRI was back and continued to insist that I had a mental illness. Specifically, Somatic Symptom Disorder...where you believe you're dying from an ailment that doesn't exist. I kept insisting that I'm not overreacting. I'm simply reacting to being told that I have a deadly heart defect and the fact that I was once very fit and now, I'm disabled entirely. She swore that the hospital had done everything and that it all came back normal and that,"Your MRI results aren't back yet but I glanced at it and it looks perfectly fine....you're going to go get this coronary catheter(the appropriate test for my defect that they refused to do) and I'm positive it's going to come back normal and then what are you gonna do!?" It was one of the most patronizing statements i'd ever received from anyone. Especially accompanied by the snarky grin that almost seemed as if she was gratified in my fantasized misery. We argued back and forth maybe 10 minutes but she had her mind made up so I took my IV out and left. Anyway, that next night we packed up and went to Kansas University Hospital, took my records and imaging with us. Within 24 hours, they confirmed that I did in fact have ALCAPA, a rare and very deadly heart defect that had indeed caused minimal but clear damage to my brain...the same brain that she glanced at and concluded was "perfectly fine". All I can say is how very justifying it will be to write her name down in my sworn testimony to the courts as we plan on taking each and every negligent doctor who put hands on me throughout that hospital, down! She'll be most satisfying of all with her insistent mental illness diagnosis. So sad....assumptions are for those who don't want to do the discovery work to fill in that empty space where knowledge should have been. Welcome to our lifesavers.

My 18 yr old daughter, was in the Mercy ER in Springfield MO on 10-09-18 (from approximately 4pm to 11pm) and seen Dr. Jennifer L Kolodchak. She explained to this doctor that she had not kept food or water down for nearly a week and it had been 3 days since she had been to the ER for fluids. She wanted fluids given to her again and hoped to be able to attend school the following day. Dr. Kolodchak refused to look through her chart to confirm that she had a diagnosis of gastroparesis and instead treated her for cyclic vomiting which is not an accurate diagnosis and has since been decided against. Her discharge papers say her diagnosis is cyclic vomiting, even though my daughter told her otherwise. They sent her home with discharge instructions for treating CVS, even though that isn't even her diagnosis. Dr. Kolodchak then told her that she just needed to "try harder" (her exact words). Try harder to do what? Not vomit? Try harder to not miss events she wants to attend or spend time… with her friends? Try harder to not miss school so she won't be homeless someday? Try harder to not spend 7 hours in the ER because of how fun it is? This is the same as saying you're not drinking enough water or your cancer would be gone, and if you just pray harder God will heal you. I am livid. I told my daughter to ask them to test for low magnesium w a blood test because she has had problems w that in the past when she went several days w/o holding down food. It causes her to have severe muscle spasm/convulsions, (her whole body draws up, almost like a seizure, it is very painful for her). The doctor said "no, no, no" (again her exact words). She said her blood tests from 3 days ago when she was last in the ER for fluids did not show low levels of magnesium and so she refused to do any blood work whatsoever. She did not even let her explain why she wanted it. It is my understanding that magnesium is not easily stored by the body and you need a daily intake. So why would a test 3 days old be useful in determining that? Refused to give my daughter any fluids, saying she 'didn't look dehydrated'. At what point in the process do you look at a grape and say, oh, now it's a raisin!? Sent her home w a shot of benadryl and haldol (a sedative). I'm at a loss as to how she thought an antihistamine and some sleepy drug would fix her chronic vomiting. I told my daughter to request a different doctor, I said you have the right to ask for another dr/opinion, just get her away from you, she's nuts. She said she was told that there was no other doctors available and they refused to allow her to see anyone else. Lies, that ER is large and I have been in there w her myself several times, there is more than one doctor on duty. In the discharge papers the dr noted that she needed to take her meds regularly to control her symptoms, insinuating that she doesn't take her meds on a regular basis. Well, how would she know, she doesn't see what my daughter swallows everyday, and she sure won't believe anything you tell her, and you can't tell her anything because she is 'right' and won't listen to anything you have to say. How would she know what my daughter had in her system anyway, she didn't do any bloodwork. My daughter is staying home from school tomorrow because she is so weak and tired. She ate some applesauce in the ER and kept that down. She just keeps down small bits here and there. This is discouraging enough to deal with, without having some pea brained doctor tell her she just isn't trying hard enough. I would have liked to give her a piece of my mind I can't believe people pay thousands of dollars to be treated this way.

NEVER SAW HER. Was discharged from the hospital without being given test results and told I had a bug and to go home. Turns out I had several things going on (enlarged heart being on of them)which I was only informed of once my primary care doctor reviewed the test results. PERHAPS IF I HAD SEEN HER she would have given me the test results.

She was on call at Sebastian River Medical Center ER I thought she seemed a little rushed I went in with stomach issues and nausea with groin pain as well and the groin pain was never addressed at at the end it almost seemed as if I wasted my time.

THIS DOCTOR IS THE RUDEST, MEANEST WOMAN I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN MY LIFE. IF YOU EVER GO TO WUESTHOFF, ASK WHO THE DOCTOR IS AND IF ITS HER, LEAVE!!!!
