Jennifer Ann Kovatch, MD

Dr. Jennifer Kovatch is a board-certified oncologist with 12 years of medical experience. She completed her medical education at Ross University School of Medicine in the West Indies before pursuing specialized training through a residency at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri, which she completed in 2017. Dr. Kovatch furthered her expertise with a fellowship at Penn State College of Medicine, finishing in 2020. She is fluent in both English and French.

Dr. Kovatch practices at multiple locations throughout Pennsylvania, including Janet Weis Children's Hospital in Danville, Geisinger Pediatrics in Scranton, and Geisinger Healthplex in Port Matilda. She specializes in treating conditions such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia and managing abdominal pain, including complications during pregnancy. Her clinical skills include performing blood tests and specialized diagnostic procedures like Von Willebrand panels and Factor VIII testing to evaluate bleeding disorders.
