Jennifer Kulp-Makarov is about the worst Fertility doctor you can find in this entire planet. Jennifer's medical license should be revoked by New York state medical licensing board. If there is an option of "0" star, I would give Jennifer a "0"

Doctor Kulp-Makarov is the best fertility doctor one could ask for. She is patient, understanding, and kind. She helps you stay hopeful even at the toughest of moments. Most of all, she is very talented at what she does, and you couldn't ask for someone more effective and knowledgeable. Thank you for completely changing our lives, Dr. Makarov!

Dr. Jennifer Kulp Makarov of Westmed Medical Group is great ... a million times better than Dr. Martin Keltz (just read his reviews). Areas to work on at this clinic: The wait time, the shortest wait time I've had was 30 minutes, the longest was 90 minutes, at which time I had to leave and reschedule my appointment, also the staff don't respond to emails within 48 hours as indicated on the Westmed portal ... this is incredibly stressful especially when there are questions concerning medications, also, sometimes the staff can be condescending, I was told to my face that I was "one of the crazies" because I asked a lot of questions ... hello people I'm trying to make a baby, probably the most stressful thing I'll ever do in my life, it was a bit insensitive. Nevertheless Dr. Kulp stayed positive, she tried to answer as many questions as she could; she was patient with me and encouraged me to stay positive and made me believe I would get pregnant ... which I did! I plan on going back to… Dr. Kulp for baby number two in a few years!

I was a patient of dr. Makarov. Me and my husband had problems and we went through IVF process. Dr. Makarov is the best doctor I've ever met! She made me pregnant in our first trial and now we are expecting our "Little Miracle". She is very understanding,patient,you can really feel comfortable in her presence. I am so happy I could met her and I highly recommend dr. Makarov to all couples. I am very happy and can't find words to say thank you to dr. Makarov!!! She is part of our success and blessing.
