Dr. Jennifer Soohyun Kwak, MD

I had been very sick and got a appointment and waited for over an hour in the waiting room. I finally went back to the room and waited yet another hour. The office didn't have the professionalism and good bed side manner to let me know what was going on with the wait. This office needs to be closed because it is unacceptable to treat your patients this way. I cant imagine how they treat their families. WORST OFFICE IN CYPRESS!!!!!!

I've been a patient of hers since 2005. She has always made room for me if I needed to get in for a minor emergency. She takes her time to wanting hear the concerns I have she istead of rushing me out of the room trying fit as many patients in a day in. She works WITH me on my treatment plans instead of pushing medication and tests that I dont need. She has literally saved my life twice. She has taken the time to get to know me and what works with my systems even if it's meant she has had to pick up her medical books again. On the rare occasions I've had to call after hours she calls me back, she has even taken time out of her private life to call me on a weekend to check on me when something serious is going on with me.That in itself is huge in a world today when doctors don'teven remember your name after you walk out the door. Instead of opting to go into one of those practices that have 10-20 doctors she has remained small which allows her to spend time with each of her patients.the… minute she walks into the room you automatically feel at ease because she is so relaxed. She's a very caring and involved doctor. Her staff are absolutely amazing as well. I will never go to another doctor. If she moves I'll move with her that is how much I like her. She is what a doctor is suppose be like the way they were before technology and the hustle and bustle of life hit.

My 10 year old daughter said she wanted die. When I called to schedule an appointment for her to see Dr. Kwak the receptionist said the earliest appointment at the time I needed was in three weeks. She asked what the appointment was for and I booked the appointment. I got a call a few hours later, while on her lunch break, from Dr. Kwak, she asked me questions about my daughter's situation and then rearranged her schedule to fit us in immediately. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice and Dr. Kwak. AMAZING!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kwak for many years, in fact she saved my life. I go to no other doctor without consulting Dr. Kwak. Dr. Kwak listens where other doctors you're an appointment lasting a set number of minutes.

I cannot begin to say enough positive things about Dr. Kwak. She had put me at ease almost immediately on my first visit. Very attentive, friendly, thorough. Put me at ease almost immediately and that is not easy to do with a doctor. One of the things that impressed me greatly was her follow up where she personally called and left a detailed message. You just don't see that very often anymore.

I have been gong to Dr. Kwak since a young age and have never thought of switching doctors. Every time I go to her office the staff is nice and Dr. Kwak knows what she's talking about. I have never been told something that wasn't true by her and she's flexible with my schedule for making appointment times.

I would **NOT** recommend this Dr. My wife went in really wanting answers on some issues she had been concerned with for a bit. Instead of her paying attention to her patient's needs, concerns, she was constantly taking cell calls of her hubby and trying to address his pressing issues than that of the patient. Result, not only she came home unhappy, but missed asking Q's due to constant interruptions. Never again!

Dr. Kwak is an awesome doctor. It took me a long time to find a doctor I really trust when my regular doctor stopped practicing. Her staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Dr Kwak takes the time to answer any questions I may have. The staff informs me on my test results in a few days, not like with some drs it takes weeks. Sometimes it is difficult getting an appointment when it is convenient for me, like on my days off, since I work. But she's a very busy office. When you go into her office, you can see notes and pictures on the wall that children have written to her. One that stands out is "Dr.Kwak You Rock". I have recommended her to family members.
