Always the best of the best and friendly hygienist ! Very professional .

Unfortunately, I feel it necessary to post information about the poor customer service I received from the office of Dr. Jennifer Lamont, D.D.S., Barstow St, NE, ABQ. I moved from another state to ABQ a few months ago and had read positive comments about Dr. Lamont on Nextdoor. For the first—and last—time, I visited her office on a recent Tuesday for a cleaning and checkup. Dr. Lamont examined my teeth before, but not after, the cleaning. When I looked closely at my teeth at home a couple of days later, I noticed that stains still appeared in some areas, which was not the case whenever my former dental hygienist cleaned my teeth. The Monday immediately after my Tuesday visit, I phoned and spoke with admin staff, politely requesting that someone take a look at my teeth and see if the stains could be removed better. Staff phoned me back, saying they had checked with the dentist, who had said that the hygienist was experienced and that there would be an additional charge. Despite… the fact that the cleaning occurred only ONE week earlier, and the fact that Dr. Lamont had not viewed my teeth after the cleaning, no one cared to even look at my teeth!! This is certainly not the level of customer service I am accustomed to receiving or to enduring. Looking for a dental practice that provides BOTH good dental treatment and customer service.

Best dentist I have been to in the last 50 years.

Dr. Lamont is awesome! Each time I've gone for a cleaning which is 3 times a year she is the one who cleans my teeth. If you must have an appointment she will see you after 5:00 p.m. A new and comfortable office which is very clean and has the advanced technology. She is a wonderful dentist & I have recommended her to others, and they have also had a good experience. Hope she never leaves ABQ.
