"Horrible experience at Dupont Hospitality with this lady. Makes me trust the medical system less and less. I believe she intentionally sent our daughter to NICU, because she thought we were unsuitable parents and needed more time in hospital. Hopefully I am wrong, or she is just part of the broken system and does what she memorized and was told in school. She felt the need to argue with us about an informed decision we made, took baby out of the room then came in seconds later saying she was sent to NICU. Decern for yourself, but know you have choices I encourage parents to be informed and know that you a have a voice. The lady in the expensive purple suit with fancy gold doesn't always have you or your families best interest in mind. This lady had no idea who we were or the situation and had 0 bed side manor. Our baby is healthy and fine at home. My heart goes out to all the NICU babies. "
