Dr. Jennifer Ellen Lawrence, MD

It took awhile to get in to see her, but she was worth the wait. She knows her stuff and had great bedside manner.

My grandmother has severe diabetes and I drive her to see this doctor often. On average, our wait time is not counted in minutes, but hours. The staff is not knowledgeable and many of them are rude. The doctor talks down to us like we know nothing. In my opinion, this is the worst doctor my grandma has. Definately dread bringing her here.

She found my problem that no one else could find. Great response from her and her staff on any questions or problems. She followed up on things I didn't even know were of concern. I would highly recommend her.

Does not return phone calls. Does not follow up. I've been trying to solve my Cushings mystery for almost 7 years now. Her staff speaks down to you on the phone, when you get them on the phone, and is often rude in person. When a patient has to tell a doctor which tests need to be ran, there is a problem.

She is a fine, caring doctor. I have never used a more caring or better doctor. I can't believe anyone would not rate her four stars.

I have a hard time getting nurses and staff from Dr. Lawrences office to return my calls and I have been one of her patients for the last 3 years. Don't bother leaving a message because they will not call you back for days. If they are so busy they need to hire more staff.

I keep getting the run around every time I try to get a refill. Her staff is very poor in doing there job returning your call. and getting me an appointment. I get very aggressive with out this med. and they could care less. One of the poorest desk and nurse staff I have seen in a while. The doctor is great if you ever get to see her. I wish she would get a staff more caring for our needs.
