Dr. Jennifer Que-Tran Le

First, Dr. Le and her staff are absolutely wonderful. I feel right at home when I go there. All of them are professional, courteous, and friendly. It makes my day just to interact with Dr. Le and her staff. I wrestled with a C-Pap for years. Air blew out from the sides, alarm sounded, and when I got up in the mornings, I felt as though I had been in a boxing match all night. I was fitted with about a dozen different masks and none of them fitted my face. I tried to put the masks on tighter, but all I got from that was a very wrinkled face in the mornings and the lines from the mask would not go away. I went to another doctor that was supposed to give me an alternative. I had to go through the sleep test again, she provided me with another C-Pap and it was no better than the first one. It still blew air around the mask. Then she sold me some round cloths to put under the mask, and it still blew air. I gave up on C-Paps and refused to wear them. Then, I found Dr. Le. I am… so thankful I found her and received a dental device for my sleep apnea. I had to have it replaced this year due to dental work that I received. This dental appliance is better than the first one I received. Obviously, research is providing more and more alternatives to C-Pap devices. I have a sleep number bed and it gives a sleep rating each night. My ratings have greatly improved with the dental appliance. Thank you Dr. Le and your staff. My insurance does not pay for all the cost. But it is worth having a good night's sleep. In the long run, I am better off paying what the insurance does not pay. You have to pick your priorities, health above other expenditures. The people that complained in their reviews, I feel sadness for them and hope that they can find happiness somewhere in their lives.

I came to her to fix my front tooth. She gave me a quote of out of pocket of $1060 and I agreed to pay 3/4 first visit and the balance the next visit as agreed. Day of treatment I paid $760 as agreed had a cleaning and was fitted for crowns, when it was time for Dr. Le to see me for the crack tooth one of her staff came in stating that she wanted more money $260 more than agreed upon. That is not how you do business she gave a quote before treatment be a person of your word and do not waste people time. I have 2 Dental coverage Humana and Aetna she doesn't what to file 2nd insurance and the one she does file she still don't want to wait to receive payment, than why accept them if your not will to wait for the payment. Be cash only!!! I will not be back and will not recommend anyone to her practice. I say poor not because she is not knowledgeable...but because her pockets are her first concern and not the patient.

Really glad I found Dr. Le's team. The sleep specialist I was going to told me that my sleep apnea was too severe to be helped by a dental device and cpap was my only option. After a few years of nightly wrestling with a CPAP machine and hose, I was fed up and went against his advice. I consulted with Dr. Le, she fitted me for a device and I haven't looked back. The bonus was I needed to find a new dentist. Dr. Le works with a high degree of efficiency with the exceptional hygenists on staff. When you're in their chair they work quickly but gently on your teeth. After their work is done, questions and discussion are welcomed; you'll never feel rushed out of an appointment.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am finding Wake Dental Sleep. Dr. Jennifer Le and her staff were very warm and welcoming and did an amazing job making me feel very comfortable sharing my past experiences and concerns. I felt that they genuinely cared about my needs and worked with me to determine a solution that would work best. After many attempts to find a competent dentist, I knew after my first visit with Dr. Jennifer Le's office I had found someone who could meet my dental treatment needs. Dr. Lauren Bridges

The only issue I have had was with billing. Each time I worked with her staff to resolve the issue, but several times it cost well above what they provided as an estimate and a few times it was truly attributed to a billing error. Once Dr. Le got involved she did resolve the issue. So if you come across a situation like the one I described, I would suggest you get Dr. Le involved as soon as possible.

Dr. Jennifer Le was a very caring and excellent dentist. With her help, I am no longer embarrassed by my smile.

Always a friendly and professional experience for me and my family. Dr. Le provides all options and suggests the best course of action. I wouldn't entrust our dental care to anyone else.
