Dr. Jennifer Jin Lee, MD

I'd had vitiligo on my neck for a few years that my first dermatologist told me was too late to treat. I was going give up when I heard good things about Dr. Lee from a friend who sees her. Still prepared to hear the same bad news, I was relieved to find Dr. Lee more optimistic. She agreed that vitiligo doesn’t always improve but thought treatment would be worth trying. She explained various treatment options and ultimately prescribed an ointment that I was able to use with some success. I am not all better by any means but can see color starting to come back. That at least gives me hope.

I have been going to Dr. Lee for a year. She examines my skin carefully by using a dermatoscope. She is very patient and answers my questions thoroughly. The wait in the office is shorter than other dermatology offices I've been to in SF. I have already recommended Dr. Lee to my friends and family, and they are also fans.

Dr Lee takes her time is very patient and is concerned about her patient's condition.

Dr. Jennifer Lee abandoned me as a patient by disregarding my concerns, ignoring my feelings, and discounting my suffering. This was all by done by Dr. Lee for refusing to even look at my skin nor check my symptoms. This is not the way that anyone wants to be treated nor should anyone tolerate that kind of disrespect...especially from a healthcare professional. As a patient, we all deserve to be at least listened to and be taken seriously. If anyone reading this agrees...this dermatology office is definitely not for you.

Dr. Lee is one of the most caring and empathetic doctors I've had.
