Rude, cold, and disinterested in healthcare

As soon as she found out that I was not interested in surgery and just wanted nutritional counseling, her attitude changed. She handed me a 4 page handout and spent about 1 minute going over it. She was rude and dismissive. Also, when I made the appointment and again at check-in I verified that the visit was supposed to be at no charge per my insurance. Instead of charging for the nutritional counseling that I requested and confirmed twice, I was charged for a comprehensive new patient evaluation, to the tune of $ 260.00. which was not covered by insurance ( went to deductible ).

Unprofessional and not compassionate. Immediately got attitude from her and she needs to be able to be better organized when addressing her patients

Not accommodating when it comes to just starting a new job and not being able to come in on a certain date. She couldn't accommodate an early morning appointment a month from now even when she only works mornings. This is also when they have results that I have a liver issue. Going to another provider.

Norrow mind , rude , self absorbed ... And misdiagnose .. Said I was fine sent me home .. Stopped at ER on way home . Have double phemonia .. What a crappy doctor with no empathy .. Down right nasty

There is not a term for this physician. I was feeling extremely sick and this physician was extremely rude to me. She was such little help that I brought myself to urgent care as she would not help me. At urgent care, I was diagnosed with an infection and prescribed antibiotic. Who would know you would get better care at an urgent care. MD belongs in a lab where patient contact isn't a thing.

Having a family history of alzheimers she appeared to have concluded that I had the same illness and she just needed to confirm her opinion. I stated that I had given up smoking 36 years ago she told me she could smell the smoke on my clothes so “You must have forgotten you started smoking again”. My wife smokes. I walked out.

Do not go to this doctor. She is not courteous, rude and no bedside manner. She is very cold doesnt show emotions to patient, or even a smile or some "hello are you doing" to a kid patient. She better just deal with students and not patients/clients. Patient needs empathy and some courtesy or human touch not fill in the blanks or enumeration on how you feel then sends you off. A cold/b* personality is unacceptable most specially from an MD.
