Not concerned about anything at all. When I call for an appointment they tell me too go to the emergency room. She also only wants to put you on medication. Not a good doctor

Didn't really listen to me. More concerned about her clinic Doctor group guidelines rather than the proper care for me. I can't believe the university affiliated clinic employs her. I expect better, cutting edge care. I won't be back. Ever.

I have never met a more uncaring, unsympathetic doctor in my life. I was uncomfortable during my whole appointment. She was not warm in any way.

After several times of seeing Dr. Liu I had already made the decision that she wasn't my favorite doctor. But what really took the cake was when she misdiagnosed me after a trip to the Emergency Room. I had to follow up with my family doctor and she told me that I had a hernia. Turns out there was no hernia after paying a co-pay to see a surgeon. I'm not surprised she isn't practicing at Lakeside if this has happened to more people than myself. Every time I saw her she was uncaring and rushed through my appointment. Hopefully I can find a family doctor who actually spends time with their patients and cares about their well-being. Oh, and her nurse was the same way.

So I got a letter today stating ... Jennifer Lui, M.D. will no longer be practicing at CHI Health ... Sooooooo, If they most likely can't tell us the truth, I think I'd like to have the choice of whether or not I would like to get in touch with her, that is if she is still practicing...

Dr. Liu isa very fine doctor. She is professional, She woks as if she has been a doctor forforty years or more..great skill with diagnosis. She is very responsive with patient needs. Shepends plenty of time with patients and gets to know tyem. She hears tyeir problems and addresses them. We also like her personally..Do I recommend her..? You bet I do..!

uncaring, didn't listen. Saw her 5 + times and she never remembered me. Overall she made me feel uncomfortable. Shes a terrible doctor. I would never recommend her.

Dr. Liu was very uncaring and condescening when I visited her office. I felt like I was just another number to her and that she didn't really listen to what I had to say to her. When I tried to discuss my problems with her, she rolled her eyes and sighed... not signs I'd like to see from a doctor. I will definitely NOT be going back to her again.
