Every time I meet a new person on Dr. Frank's team, I am so impressed that I feel as if I am the only patient on their schedule. Each has been professional yet compassionate along with making sure I fully understand what is taking place with their instructions/guidance.

Jen Lockie is the best! She's very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. I feel comfortable talking to her.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing. She explained every single part of blood test results to me and then sat and explained every single symptom to look for moving forward. I was so thankful for all of the time that she spent with myself giving me so much information. It has been a very long time since a medical professional took the time to make sure that I understood the condition and educated me on things to look for in-between visits. I couldn't thank her enough at the end of the visit. She was so kind and compassionate. I wish all doctor's were like her!

Appt was supposed to be an hour, but we had so many questions, she stayed and answered them all, even though it went over an hour. Excellent explanation of care, was very happy.
