Meet Jennifer Lopez MS, RDN, LDN, CDCESI became a Registered Dietitian after being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes myself, and finding that nutrition information can be difficult to navigate. I have made it my mission to try to help others understand that there is no specific way to make changes to lifestyle that fit everyone the same. We are all individuals, that live very different lives and my goal is to help clients make changes that fit their lifestyle, but still benefit their overall health.Approach to careI work with individuals that come from all financial levels, different living situations, and geographical areas.
