Took my son here. He got his first filling here, but by the end of that night his lip had swollen up so big that it was splitting all the way to the bottom of his teeth. I took him to his pediatrician and he confirmed that it was an infection most likely caused by something this dentist did. I know these things can happen so I decided to take my son back to this dentist the next day. All I wanted to do was show her what had happened, but how I was received was ridiculous. I never did see the dentist. Her tech just kept telling me that she had to see what the pediatrician had said before the dentist would see me, and that my son had chewed his own lip. We were there for over an hour and she never once came in to see my son. They were much more concerned with the legality of the situation then they were about the welfare of my 4 year old son. What kind of medical professional doesnâ??t show concern for their patients????? In my opinion, if you want a dentist that truly cares… about YOU then don't waste your time with this one.
