Dr. Jennifer Lynn Machuca, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Machuca since I was a teenager. She has been the only Dr who truly cares about my well-being and has helped me with health issues no other doctors were able to help me with.

Within the first 10-15 minutes she was using the f-word and other foul language, which I thought was VERY unprofessional. She talks down to her patients like they're stupid. Even the staff seems nice but unfriendly but it seems like it's because of the environment they're working in. I actually feel sorry for her and truly feel she needs professional help which I hope she seeks for everyone's sake.

Dr. Machuca spend time to really listen to my concerns and made me feel like a real person and not another insurance holder. She helped me seeing the things I need to work on so I can be healthy with sincerity. She is amazing!

Dr. Machuca is very nice and pleasant. She is thorough and spends time with you. One thing she did, that I was not too happy about, is change my type of medication without discussing it with me at all! There are a couple of other complaints that I had, which i won't go into. I changed to a different physician.

My whole family sees Dr. Machuca, and WE LOVE HER!! She spends time with us and listens to our needs. She is professional and confident in her work. I will follow her wherever she goes.

My experience and my opinion: I had a HORRID experience with her. I have chronic pain...she doesn't care!!! She should not be a Dr! Drs take an oath to do no harm. She was cruel and heartless to me.

She is an excellent doctor! No one could ask for better service or care or compassion . Knowledge, she is on top of patient information and she is current on new information in the medical field. She was kind and courteous to everyone. She always double checks before the appointment ends to be sure she addressed all possible questions or concerns. She is so prompt with each visit. You could not ask for a better doctor.

Dr. Machuca is definitely one of the best FMD's I've had. I find her to be knowledgable and she shows patience and compassion. She is also not as rushed as many doctors often are.

I think she lacks experience, doesn't follow up 5 minutes to diagnose someone needs to consider someones medical background before prescribing drugs
