Dr. Jennifer Mackey, DC, owner of Balance & Body Chiropractic Clinic, PLLC, believes that true wellness begins with a balanced body. With a focus on chiropractic care and holistic therapies, Dr. Mackey’s goal is to provide personalized care that not only relieves symptoms but also supports long-term health and overall well-being. Whether patients are experiencing chronic pain, stress, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to improve their health, she is committed to listening, supporting, and guiding each patient toward feeling and living better.

Dr. Mackey’s passion for health and natural healing began within her own family. As a child, she helped care for her mother and witnessed her grandmother manage a long list of medications. These experiences gave her a firsthand understanding of the challenges associated with relying heavily on pharmaceuticals and inspired her desire to explore more natural and effective approaches to healing. This passion led her to earn a Biology …degree from Lamar University, followed by her Doctorate from Texas Chiropractic College.

For more than a decade, Dr. Mackey has dedicated her career to helping patients move, feel, and live better without relying on invasive treatments. Through compassionate, individualized care, she strives to help each patient achieve lasting improvements in their health and quality of life. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Dr. Mackey is proud to make chiropractic and holistic care accessible to more members of the Houston community.
