Dr. Jennifer Lynn Maitra

I have been there twice, and she has been amazing, I have recommended her to my co-worker. I will continue to go back, I thought she was great.

I called and the receptionist told me they had nothing available then put me on hold for 20 minutes. The reception has slowly gotten worse.

My foot hurt horribly after tripping in a gopher hole. Dr. Jennifer Maitra told me if I lost weight my feet would quit hurting (my right foot didn't hurt at all). While waiting to check out, she almost yelled across the office for me to not eat any more donuts! My foot hurt every step. When I did go to another doctor, he discovered my Liz Franc ligament had been tearing and it tore apart!

Been to several PCP's trying to find one I like. She is is very clinical. Not a lot of chit chat but is really digging into what my symptoms are. Very happy I found her.

I had been a patient for over 7 years, but lately its impossible to get an appointment quickly because she is hardly in the office, only one and half days. It's impossible to keep an office with those hours in office. Follow up after visit: ZERO.... retuning calls: ZERO

Called to make an appointment. Simply got voicemail. Why can't they answer their phones? Receptionists seem lazy and uninterested.

I have used Dr. Jennifer for several years and find her to be easy to talk to, she is friendly and concerned about my health. But like most doctors she is usually over booked and hurried. I find her staff courteous but not overly friendly. The wait time varies most of the time.

Not warm and friendly, which is what we are looking for in a family pediatrician.

She does not know what she is doing in my opinion, she is rude and not professional
