LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr Mata and her whole staff, very efficient and operate under the premise that they would like to do as much for your children with as little as they can to them. Awesome !!!

absolutely wonderful with my 3 daughters. there is very little wait time when we have appointments. i couldnt be happier.

My son is autistic, he is a 5 year old. He has had some dental work here before and I do know that it takes special talent to work with autistic children. He had caps, I noticed he had some bleeding when he was done. The bleeding was coming from his lips and not any of his teeth, he could not tell me what had happened. I was going to give this dentist (woman) the benefit of the doubt. I went back on May 28, 2015 7:00 am, because he was complaining of pain with his bottom front teeth ( he has not lost any of his baby teeth yet) and he had another row of teeth coming in behind his baby teeth. The dentist said to me she would not pull a loose tooth ( he had a tooth that was very loose, I could have pulled it. I could not get a grip because the tooth was to small) because he needed some dental work previously that I had not brought him in for. I stated to her I would do it when school was out, but this was my issue now. My kid can not eat. She said she would not pull the tooth… it would fall out on it's own. This tooth has been terribly loose for 3 weeks and I as a parent can not even pull it out. This dentist had a really bad attitude and told me to take him somewhere else. She wanted to do some other work on his mouth that the child was not even complaining about. I believed it could wait. Not to mention she told me that my insurance would not cover a procedure, when I discovered the procedure was covered. You had better know who is taking care of your children and you are right they don't let you in with the children. I am a licensed health care worker and I do understand a lot of things, I tried to give this woman the benefit of the doubt. This is the second time she was just out right rude. I don't know who was devastated the most, me or the kid.

I have 5 yr old twin daughters who have been very freightend of the dentist since seeing dr mata and her staff. The front desk was very rude, the nurses were not good with children either, they did NOTHING to calm my daughters nerves or make them feel comfortable. Dr mata was rude to my daughters as well as myself. I could go on and on. One of my daughters had a cap put on and at the end of the procedure she teared up because she was hurting. The nurse said to her "I'm only taking you back to your mom if you stop crying." I was furious and called the office. The nurse admitted to saying this and I told the office that I would never be back. We are currently going to kids town dental and its amazing!! Both girls love it there.
