Dr. Jennifer Leigh May-Ortiz, MD

Where did Dr. May-Ortiz go? She has been my doctor since she started at Beacon Hill Family Practice. The best doctor ever. I am shocked she did not send out a letter telling her patients what is going on. I just hope everything is okay with her.

She is and was my favorite Dr . But today I got an email from Summit Medical Group telling me she is no longer there . Where is she ? They won’t tell me anything . 15 years she cared for me and all I get is we can’t tell you where she is or why she isn’t here . I am literally heartbroken . She used to give me hugs and always made me feel special.

Love Dr. May and everyone in her office. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. May has a great bedside manner and always explains things very clearly. I never feel rushed or like just another patient.

She is the best, most companionate doctor I have ever had. We have been with her for nearly 15 years and will continue to be with her until the end. We trust and respect her as a medical professional and as a real caring person.

The staff at the front desk is not friendly at all, neither in person or over the phone. As for the Dr, she was ok but I did not feel comfortable w her. I

i agree with the previous reviewers that Dr. May-Ortiz is an exceptional doctor. Her staff is rude and unprofessional.

The Doctor is Amazing and care about people.The personal working on appoitmnents do not care, they are uneducated and do not care about people or needs, they are just (of not use at all)
