A caring and extremely competent doctor. I truly believe that I am alive and functioning today because of her expertise. I can't say enough good things about Dr. McNeil!!

I am not a type of person that like to leave a review about a person or an organization, but I just couldn't when it came down to Dr. Mcneil. She is very thorough in her assessment, explain things in a level that is understandable to the patient, and she is funny. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Mcneil has been my hubby surgeon since 2006 during that time she has performed a resection, hemrhoid removal and perinal fistula. She is an Awesome Dr she listend and cares.

Dr. McNeil's first priority is her patients. She listens to you and takes as much time as you needed to determine how to help you. She recently did surgery on me for a small bowel obstruction. She found a mess that was not easily solved, but she did not take the easy route, but figured out how to resection the problem. She visited me each morning I was in the hospital spending as much time as I needed. She is very good at communicating to you and your family in terms you can understand what is medically going on.If I need colon or rectal surgery in the future, Dr. McNeil is my only choice.

Dr. McNeil is an angel sent from heaven. She has always been compassionate and understanding of my needs. She refused to let me give up and gone over and beyond to ensure me that I would be ok. I've never had to wait very long to see her and she has always taken her time with me and never acted liked she had someplace else she had to be. I am very glad to have been pointed in her direction. She saved my life, truth be known, probably more than once.

Dr. McNeil herself was wonderful. Her staff is a different story. They have a few girls there that need to learn how to respect the patients. We were promised the pathology reports three business days after the surgery. It took well over a week to get the results and when we would call to see what was going on they would get snappy and raise their voice. That's unacceptable. If they had compassion they would understand why we are anxious. So when you go in be prepared to deal with rude people that have no compassion for you or your health problems.

Dr. McNeil was reday to perform my mother's surgery and she visited with us just like a friend would. When it came time for the procedure the electricity wenbt out briefly and Dr. McNeil offered to perform it at another facility, but by the time they phoned the other facility the slots had been filled. She apologized as though it were her fault and had it rescheduled for 2 days later. She was as caring at the second appt as she was the first. Surgery went beautifully, she predicted recovery time almost to the hour (well... close), and followed up as though my mother were HER mother. I can't say enough about how good and professional and caring she was. What a blessing to have found her.

I've been going to Dr. McNeil for about 8 years. She has done surgery on me three times and I've been in her office many times for appointments and examinations. She usually keeps to her schedule pretty well, but due to emergencies I have had to wait an hour a few times. Other times not very long. She is always concerned about making anyone wait but I always tell her she is worth waiting for. She is a very professional, gentle doctor. She is an excellent surgeon and diagnostician. She also found colon cancer in my mother-in-law three years ago and performed surgery. She has had a successful recovery and no more cancer. I recommend her without reservation. She is one of the best doctors in the country.

Dr. McNeil is a dr who cares about her patients. She is great.
