Dr. Jennifer Ann Mosmen, MD

Dr, Moseman has been my doctor for several years. She always take her time, is very thorough with her exam, and takes time to answer any questions or concerns that I have. I feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful doctor!

I rarely write reviews but my experience today was hands down the worst from a medical practice and physician, I feel compelled to leave a review... for those considering this office and Dr. Mosmen for care. First, I arrived for an annual visit and as a first time patient. I waited in line for a bit with 6 other women because only 1 clerk was at the desk to register and check out patients; the other clerks were at lunch.At registration, I was delayed again by 15 minutes as the clerk questioned my insurance and ultimately decided it was unacceptable and I would need to pay up front the $130.00 to be seen. The nurse came out to get me was not friendly and never introduced herself. I stopped to use the patient restroom as was appalled and disgusted by its poor condition. The bathroom smelled, the walls and doors were filthy with unknown liquids and the toilet seat...the toilet seat had hair on it and had turned yellow from white. I refused to use it as was shocked to see a line of 4… women waiting to use it, so apparently they only have 1 restroom for patients! Things never improved... The nurse or no one screened me for COVID during the visit. I was so distracted with the other issues that I didn't realize this until I was checking out. The exam room was the size of a walk in closet and felt grim and uninviting. It contained a beatup dated cafe chair, a short privacy curtain that didnt work, no pillow on the exam table and no gown to wear, just a sheet. When the doctor finally came in, she was rushed and never sat down. She was pleasant but was not present mentally. She didn't engage me and the visit seemed rushed which she confirmed by saying she was behind schedule. After a short disclosure, Dr. Mosmen performed the exam, but forgot a key component until I questioned and reminded her!!!. She apologized and mumbled something I didn't here. She recommended I return to complete the visit, do a mammogram etc. I left feeling traumatized and upset worrying... if they had tested all patients for Covid or exposed me to Covid, did the doctor perform the exam properly and if the medical staff is competent to examine and screen my test. I will never go back and would never recommend Dr. Mosmen and his practice to any woman.

Dr. Mosmen is a consummate professional, yet caring and compassionate. She is a truly a naturally born physician.
