Dr. Jennifer Lynne Munson, MD

Dr. Munson was thorough, sometimes excruciatingly so. Because of her thoroughness, I had utmost confidence in her diagnosis. I would rather have a doctor in whom I have confidence than a syrupy sweet incompetent treating me.

Dr Munson is caring and very knowledgeable doctor, right on top of things. She has been a great doctor to us, we would recommend her without a hesitation.

Very thorough doctor easy to understand her. Has very exceptional bed side manner I would highly recommend her I have seen her in hospitals as well as her offices.

We are not at all happy. I called several times to speak with this Doctor regarding my Dad. He went into the hospital for a heart attack and we were then told he was going to dialysis for end stage renal failure. She would not speak to me about his condition and did not give me a chance to call in another doctor for a second opinion. She asked my Dad why I wanted to talk to her when he was at dialysis and he said because we have questions for you and she stated she was to busy...

Dr. Munson is efficient and thorough. She takes care of my father and uncle. She has kept them off dialysis and she really does care.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Staff are rude, condecending, poor follow-up,very difficult to get an appointment--appointments are not conducive to people who work.
