I highly recommend Dr. Nichols and her team at IVFMD. I came to her after I had a miscarriage, and after being in her care for 7 months I have a healthy pregnancy. It was quite a journey, but I felt so cared for and listened to. I really appreciate their online messaging system. They would always respond to me the same day. Evelyn and Jordan in the office are great, detail-oriented and nice to work with. I’ve never had a team of people so invested in me and my care before. They are fast with lab orders, prescription refills, making appointments, and any questions or concerns you have. I was very upset and afraid that I might not ever be able to grow a baby, but thanks to IVFMD I’m going to be a mother this year!

I feel so grateful to Dr. Nichols and her wonderful team. We went through our IVF cycles and embryo transfers with her, and from the very beginning, she was kind, supportive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Thanks to her professionalism, dedication, and expertise, we are now 12 w pregnant and recently graduated from the clinic, something we had dreamed of for so long. What stood out the most to us was how personalized everything felt. Dr. Nichols truly listens, takes time to explain every detail until you understand, and is always open to adjusting protocols or trying new approaches to help you succeed. Even when things didn’t go as expected, she and her team remained proactive, compassionate, and determined to find a path forward, which meant so much to us and helped us never lose hope. Dr. Nichols is not only an exceptional doctor but also a kind, positive, and understanding person. We couldn’t be more thankful for the care and compassion we received from her… and her entire team.

Dr. Nichols is intelligent, patient, kind, and compassionate. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She is extremely thorough, does not dismiss your concerns, and listens to you. I only wish that she delivers as well. I fully trust her and her office staff is impeccable. They always greeted me with a smile and knew me by name. They celebrated every milestone with me. Highly intelligent, kind, and thoughtful staff. It has been a pleasure working with Dr. Nichols and her staff! 10/10 would recommend!

Dr. Nichols was very open and honest with me from the very beginning. I was 43 when I started my fertility journey. But she said to me "I can get you pregnant" and guess what she did. It took around 6 months to make it happen, but it happened and now I am 11 weeks pregnant with my first baby. Dr. Nichols is great to work with and I hope to work with her again when I try for a second baby in the future.

I LOVE Dr. Nichols and staff! They are supportive, and provide all star care! I felt like Dr. Nichols was very open for questions/concerns I had during my time there. I didn’t feel like I was a number but a human being. They were responsive in replying to virtual messages through their app and it was clear what each step in the process looked like for me. I had come to IVFMD unable to get pregnant for almost 7 years with a second child. Diagnostic testing was done efficiently. It was unclear why I was infertile except my age as a factor . I am 39. After my time at IVFMD I am now pregnant. I highly recommend them!

I’ll start at the finish line: I’m pregnant, feeling fulfilled, and grateful. IVF is a demanding process, but with the right team beside you, the path to your dream becomes easier. That’s exactly what my husband and I found at IVFMD. From the start, the front desk team was incredible—always gentle and thoughtful. They helped us navigate administrative matters, such as insurance, finances, documents, and scheduling. The nurses and phlebotomists ensured we were comfortable and well-informed during every visit. I want to give a special thanks to Nurse Kayla—she was an angel in my life. I will never forget her reassuring words and attentive care, both in person and over the phone. The clinic also offers a very useful tool: the Prelude app. It organizes important documents, keeps you in touch with the team, provides access to lab and scan results, and keeps your treatment plan updated (appointments, medications, etc.). It became an essential part of my routine. Additionally, you’ll be… assigned an IVF coordinator who will stay in touch to ensure you have all the information you need and guide you through each step leading up to the big day. I also want to thank Ms. Montenegro, the metabolic specialist from the Miami office. She was essential in preparing me to receive my embryo—thorough, thoughtful, and supportive. And finally, about Dr. Nichols—she was amazing! I first spoke with her over the phone and later had a virtual appointment where she explained the IVF process. When we met her in person at the office, we were sure we were in good hands. She is proactive in continuing care—straightforward, yet very positive, and always happy to answer questions during exams so that you leave feeling cared for. At times when I felt insecure and was searching for hope, her words—“You’re doing great, you’re doing awesome”—reminded me of what mattered most: taking it one step at a time. And we got there. I deeply appreciate everything IVFMD did for us and highly recommend this clinic to anyone who shares the dream of parenthood.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Nichols. We pursued IVF because my youngest has a rare genetic disease and we didn’t want to risk it with future pregnancies. I brought my son (1 year old) to all my appointments as he is not able to attend childcare, and Dr. Nichols was so patient and sweet with him even when he was having meltdowns in the office or during my ultrasounds and biopsies. When my PGT results were delayed, Dr. Nichols personally called the lab with me present and has then give me my results over the phone. She was always transparent but optimistic and I appreciated her bedside manner very much. My first transfer was successful and I am currently pregnant. I am so grateful and couldn’t have had a better experience!

Amazing team. Was able to get my first appointment within a week of calling and all tests done efficiently. She was able to find problems that other doctors didn’t. We checked all the boxes before our transfer as not to waste any embryos and it worked! So glad we chose Dr Nichols

Dr. Nichols made my dream come true. She was so great and her whole team was quick to respond, caring and kind. After struggling for nearly two years I was referred by my OB to IVFMD and Dr. nichols, I wish I would’ve seen her sooner but I’m so glad I started when I did!! She got all my testing and diagnostics done within two months and I was off to my first IUI which was a success!! I find out the gender of my baby next week and it all still feels so surreal. I will forever be grateful for Dr.Nichols and IVFMD for making this happen for me. They were so kind with my high anxiety and urgency to get pregnant. Today I graduated from the clinic so I will be moving on but Dr. Nichols will never be forgotten.
