She is thorough. I disagreed with her care plan and she didn’t seem to care. Definitely do not go to her if you’re looking for a QMP. I have several qualifying conditions and have seen tons of doctors and tried many many things including surgery with no relief. When I asked about medical cannabis as an option she dismissed it and refused to discuss it with me as an option. She shouldn’t have registered as a QMP if she is unwilling to issue medical cannabis cards for qualifying conditions.

Very Impressed

I have been seeing Dr. Norris for the past 6 years and she is wonderful. She is pleasant, positive and very helpful. She listens to you and takes the time to explain medications. She is great at following up and very professional with a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Norris is above any Doctors I have met in Utah in a lot of years. She has a great personality and gives you her undivided attention, asks a lot of questions before moving on a course of action concerning your ailments. Dr. Norris is very thorough and detailed, makes you feel very comfortable and takes the edge off your nervousness while in her office. Dr. Norris is very genuine and knows her stuff. I saw Dr. Norris for the first time at the beginning of 2017. She dismissed my health concerns about my blood disease. She focused on the fact that i previously smoked. This took her total attention. She recommended that i have a new type of low dose Ct scan to detect lung cancer prior to symptoms. I followed through and promptly had the scan. That was 3 months ago. I am still waiting for her to contact me and tell me if i have cancer. This is just not acceptable. I will not go back to her if i can help it.

She is a wonderful doctor! She cares about you and takes her time to help you! I feel so good after I leave her office, she really takes good care of me. I don't have many worries, knowing that I am in such good care with her as my primary care physician.

Dr. Jennifer Norris is exceptionally gifted, bright, caring and attentive to details. Having worked in the medical field, I can only add more and more accolades on her plethora of skills.She is aware of every nuance and notices everything. She takes her time, methodically, proficiently, in every visit.Her skills at diagnosing, even the most difficult disorder and illness are unparalleled. She is compassionate, caring and I always leave her office feeling better. She has saved my life on more than one occasion. I could never ask for or want a better, more professional doctor.
