Summary
Life can be so challenging to manage and navigate, particularly when dealing with major life transitions! I have been been a holistic healing arts practitioner for 25 years and bring a grounded presence to my work. I am a licensed psychotherapist with my LCSW. I work with adult clients and provide a welcoming space for the LGBTQIA, Latin-X communities, and people in recovery.
I have 20+ years of experience working with a range of clientele, and provide a warm, attentive presence for my clients. As we move throughout our lives and face different challenges, having a supportive, confidential, safe space to express our needs and questions can be an important part of our journeys. I have supported clients from a variety of backgrounds as they face different life transitions and challenges (career, relationships, chronic illnesses).
I have experience working with people with disabilities, including head injuries and spinal cord injuries.

I graduated from Cornell College, with majors in Spanish, Women's Studies, and Latin American Studies, and New Mexico Highlands University graduate school with my MSW, and did a year of post-graduate work in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for Trauma in 2009.
